This Image is called Why All-Year Round?

The photo with the truck full of potatoes.  That is a thing that happens in Belarus at the end of the harvesting season, we have those agricultural fairs where people are able to buy bulk potatoes, onions, whatever. And sometimes farmers come into the neighborhood to sell them.  It kind of reminds me of my home.
