I began my photography career about 6 years ago. Initially, I focused solely on commercial content creation, specifically stock photography and videography. However, after moving to Portugal, I started capturing non-profit content to explore my new surroundings and establish a deeper connection with the place. Interacting with other expats and sharing ideas with them significantly boosted my creativity.

Theme

The well-trodden track of Azulejos and Calcadas topped with pastel de nata and vinho verde is a bit tiresome. I like to explore the similarities between Portugal and Belarus (my home country) that occasionally emerge, bridging the gap and making Portugal feel more familiar and welcoming. And on the other side of my exploration are certain aspects that are slowly fading away due to relentless march of progress and globalization.
